Frequently Asked Questions

  • We ship your orders on Wednesdays due to our small batch, handmade production cycle. This means that if you order on a Thursday, your order will be shipped the following Wednesday.

  • Our freshly whipped Mallows and Wonder Fluff have a best before date of 6 weeks after their production date. Please refer to the Best Before Date on each individual pack. Freezing our products will extend their shelf life.

  • We use bovine gelatine in our marshmallows.

  • Our Wonder Fluff Marshmallow Cream is made with egg whites and is suitable for vegetarians.

  • Despite many (many) vegan trials, we haven't yet found a recipe that we love the taste and texture of, and we won't sell anything that we don’t absolutely love ourselves! Never say never, but its a no for now.

  • Although many of our products are free from Gluten, we don’t claim to be Gluten Free because our kitchen also handles gluten. This means that there is always a small chance of contamination, even though we have a strict HACCP in place . Please get in touch with any specific dietary requirements.

  • All of our Marshmallow flavours and sizes are delicious either toasted or eaten just as they are.

  • Yes we can, however postage costs and delivery times will vary. Choose between UK or ROI postage at the checkout. For orders larger than 2kg or to post anywhere else, please contact us for a quote.

  • We love creating bespoke packages for corporate gifts or events. Please get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss and create something special for you. Minimum quantities apply.

  • Yes, we are stocked in a small number of specialist food stores. We can offer wholesale prices on request. Minimum quantities apply.

  • Gel Burners have an estimated burn time of up to 2 hours when used correctly.
