Delicate vanilla notes balanced with just a hint of sea salt creates a flavour profile that feels rich without becoming too sweet. Paired with its uniquely light and cloud-like texture, Wonder Fluff can also be enjoyed after a light blow-torching when the sugars caramelise to create a deep, nostalgic and truly unique addition to desserts, as a dip or to crown the top of any hot drink.

Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of direct sunlight. Can be frozen for up to 6 months and can be scooped straight from frozen.
