Signature Vanilla bean mallow mix: Granulated sugar, golden syrup, bovine gelatine, Madagasgan vanilla bean paste (invert sugar syrup, vanilla extract, water, sugar, spent vanilla seeds, thickener (tragacanth)), icing sugar, cornflour, salt, rapeseed oil.

Naturally free from Gluten, though they are made in a kitchen which also handles gluten.
